1. - Can I make transactions with EraChange.com from any country?

Yes, we can send international bank wires or Western Union transfers excepting Iran, Cuba, North Korea.


2. How long does the exchange/convertion take (e-currency to e-currency) ?

All orders placed are usually processed same day or by the end of the next business day.

The orders from AlertPay to other e-currecies are usually processed within 2-4 business days.
Business days mean Monday to Friday.

5. - Are there any additional fees apart from your commission, for selling you my e-currency?

Additional charges may appear according to the customers bank. Banks usually charge you a fee for receiving an international bank wire. Intermediary and/or correspondent banks might also deduct their fees from the wire amount for handling the payment
In addition to the transfer fee, Western Union also may charge when it changes your dollars into foreign currency.


6. - Are there any additional fees apart from your commission, for converting/exchanging my e-currency?

Yes. Additional charges may appear according to the payment system that you use.


7. - Can I receive the funds from my e-currency account using other means of payment than bank wire?

Yes, we can send Western Union transfers worldwide excepting Iran, Cuba, North Korea


8. - How do I transfer e-currency back to real money(currency)? How long does the exchange take(withdrawal) ?

We can send you the money via international bank wire or Western Union.
Go on our website and click on the link SELL E-CURRENCY and choose the way you wan to receive the money
After the payment is done, you will receive bank wire within 1 to 5 business days* (depending on your bank and connection with our banks)
Western Union details will be received within 1-2 business days*.

9. - How do I convert or exchange one e-currency to another e-currency?

To get e-currency exchanged/converted into another e-currency, you will have to fill out the Exchange e-currency order form and send us the e-currency funds you are converting. You will receive an email after we will process your order.


10. What are your maximum order limits for SELL and CONVERT E-currency?

There are no limits.
